From idea to spin-off

Eight stations take a project from its first pitch to spinning off as an independent company.

01Kick-offWe give the starting signal and pass on the knowledge you need for ideation and project work.
02Ideation phase (InnoLab)As a team, you and others develop a problem-solution fit for a problem you actually care about.
The board and advisors assess how feasible your idea is and decide whether you can move on to the MVP phase.

Your team develops a detailed business plan, a brand, and a prototype or pilot project.

The board and advisors assess your progress again. If your plan and execution convince us, we're ready to take you on as a real project.

  • Prototype/simulation
Your team puts your plan into practice, without carrying the personal risk.

The project then stands on its own, for example as its own company, independent of the association.
